A catch up programme for children
We place great emphasis on the development of children in need and on helping them to catch up: In the framework of our Catch up programme, supported children can regularly participate in various development sessions and community programmes. The diversity of activities and personalized development plans provide a chance for change. We strive to ensure that children receive all help to overcome the disadvantages caused by poverty.
Fight against poverty
Our goal is to offer a chance for families who are looking for a way out of poverty or in a crisis. Besides temporary aid we do everything to provide breakout points. The experts in our nationwide network of intstitutions give real help and teach families to solve their problems on their own on a long-term.
Fight against abuse
We put a great effort into fight against domestic violence. We have decades of experience in helping the victims of abuse and we offer services for them nationally. Our regular campaings and prevention programmes raise attention to the signs of domestic violence and how to get out of it.
Provision of help to people with addictions
Since the second half of the 90s we have been helping people to get rid of their addictions. The aim of our services to offer care for physical and mental conditions, to help overcome addictions and the reasons behind them. Our programmes also focusing on the prevention of alcohol, drug and gambling addiction among youngsters.
Model programme in Kastélyosdombó
In 2013, we established a temporary home institution for single families in Kastélyosdombó. This model programme is designed to give a real chance for a restart to the arriving families. As part of the programme, our organization offers a solution to the housing problems, assists parents in getting back to the world of employment, and also help children to overcome their disadvantages.
