Aid programme in Iraq with the support of Polish Aid
HIA is implementing three project components with the support of the Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in Erbil.
Within the project six schools in Hatara receive support with education related items, and one designated school building being rehabilitated.
The wastewater network is rehabilitated in Karemles settlement to improve basic living and health conditions.
Within the third project component the 30 Yazidi children living in Juveen Orphanage in Sharia, Kurdistan Region of Iraq are receiving additional learning courses and all necessary learning equipment. They are receiving English, Computer, Art, Music and Handcraft courses.
Locations of implementation: Hatara in Nineveh Governorate, Karmles in Nineveh Governorate and Sharia in Duhok Governorate.
Financial contribution: 99,000 USD
